  The service went down hill over the years. They appear reluctant to see anyone that comes to their desk.
  
  I had an appointment arranged by phone, and was suggested to wander about the store until the precise minute of my appointment.
  
  The person, who addressed himself as "agent...something" claimed that he would be forced to fill out ten minutes worth of paperwork if he were to see me 4 minutes early.
  
  No paperwork was filled out due a cursory look over of my laptop where he determined that my laptop was fine. I continue to have issues with my Wi-Fi drivers following last Wednesday's appointment.
  
  I've emailed a complaint about it and shared the the incident on various blog sites. Choose wisely.
