  Darrel Otto has completed multiple projects in our home over the course of the past 5 years. He installed 1,000 square feet of porcelain tile over the entire downstairs of our house and also remodeled our master bathroom. Darrel worked collaboratively with us to remodel our master bathroom, which was 100% custom with cabinetry, a floor to ceiling shower, heated tile flooring, and granite counter tops. He was extremely thorough, professional, timely, and the quality of his work was exceptional. I would highly recommend Creative Kitchens and Baths to anyone looking to remodel or customize any project within their home, as you will be be pleased with the process and outcome of the work.

  Darrell at Creative Kitchens and Baths is an exceptional contractor. He does great quality work, is always reliable and professional, and he has an excellent work ethic and attitude. Darrell has completed several projects for me. Everything he has worked on has been perfect. He takes great pride in his workmanship and it shows. Not only is he highly skilled, but he is one of the nicest, most patient people I have ever met. No matter how many questions I asked, he very thoroughly guided me through the process and helped me make decisions when there were options available. Darrel is also very considerate of the homeowner and always cleaned up his work area each day. I rarely post reviews on line, but Darrel is a rare find and I highly recommend him.
