  Amazing facility. New, fresh, clean, loads of great equipment.never too crowded. Nice courteous staff. I feel very welcomed at this gym. Worth every penny!

  I have been a member for 4 months now and this is the best gym ever. Cleanest facility I have ever worked out in and the equipment selection is complete. Being here in Green Valley is convenient and saves me $60 a month in gas. The best part about this place is the people. Other patrons are nice and respectful and the staff is friendly including the owner Gregg and the personal trainers, Anthony and Marissa. We are very fortunate to have such a nice location in Cordelia.
