  I had an older Asian man cut my hair and he did a HORRIBLE job. It took a long time and he didn't know what he was doing. To be honest I don't think he was even Licenced. I didn't see any of the stylists licenses posted, he took the thinning shears to only one side of my hair, and cut my wavy hair completely dry. There are long uncut strands still left and I have to now spend more time and money to get it fixed. He might have had a barbering license but definitely NOT a cosmetologist one.
  
  He was very kind but shouldn't be cutting hair!
