  The RN's here are wonderful, professional, considerate, helpful, and attentive to their patient. They are usually very busy.
  
  However, we have met 3 CNA'S that simply do not care . Upon arrival getting Pop settled in we prepare to split shifts, I'm up first. When returning to the room Pop loudly states, " you're hurting me." I peek in because the curtain is closed, he is getting cleaned up. So, I watch and listen to what the CNA says to him. I want to know how it is handled if I quietly observed. The CNA DISMISSED HIS STATEMENT RATHER THAN ASSURE HIM IN A CALM POSITIVE MANNER.
  I WATCHED HER WIPED ROUGHLY HIS BOTTOM.
  
  As I headed out to report my concern, he then
  complains again about her hurting him. This man had hip surgery and only once let us know he was in pain. Therefore it had to be painful for him to be cleaned by her for him to loudly warn her.
  
  She never apologized to him or us. In fact she told me to change my statement to her supervisor.
  
  The next experience is a CNA feeding Pop. As she is feeding him, I tell her something is not right his face is getting red. It happens when food gets lodged in his throat. So, I ask Pop to say his name , its listening to the difference in his voice.
  It did not sound right, she scoops another fork.
  I tell Pop clear your throat, she says ," he's fine."
  I said," no, I have seen this too many times. I know."
  The CNA asked Pop, " Are you ok?" Pop says," No!"
  Right there he tells her no. Oh my gosh!
  
  Pop begins turning a deep red , I said," Press the nurse button!" What the heck, she leaves the room as this color in his face is getting worse , then bulging he begins vomiting, the nurse at the bedside of another roommate stops what he is doing and assists Pops. The CNA returns alone.
  The nurse asked her," What happened?" She ssys," He grabbed food off his plate and shoved it in his mouth." LIAR! I was sitting there the whole time! He had no food on his hands! Liar!
  
  Then she wants to continue feeding him. What???
  The nurse says," No, its best to let his stomach be." I agreed. So, the CNA was told to change him since he was covered in green vomit. I asked why is he laying in his vomit still? The nurse said the cna was supposed to clean him up.
  Oh the one standing down the hallway chatting? I began snapping pics to show just how long she stood chatting ( pics record time automatically so there is my proof).
  Finally you hear her say, " oh I gotta go change this guy."
  What an incompetent CNA. Retrain her!!!
  
  Then there is another incident that happened yesterday 04/05/2018. My sweetheart is napping. Our CNA walks in acknowledging he is resting, still reaches out and puts her hand on his leg. I thought about tearing into her , but considering the patients in the room and the facility of other patients, I reported it.
  What is wrong here? Are the CNA receiving RELAXED TRAINING?
  
  We have simply met many incompetent employees here, I posted our first encounter of bad service on Yelp also regarding the food issue.
  
  I also parked where they said to (because their parking lot cannot accommodate visitors, doctors, deliveries, and employees) nextdoor and I returned to my vehicle with an Orange and Black sticker stating "VIOLATION ILLEGAL PARKING! YOUR LICENSE PLATE HAS BERN RECORDED"
